Instructions if you have a problem with a slot spin

When you send in a help ticket about a spin that didn’t pay we must have the spin number. The spin number can be found on the bottom left corner saying game id# the number consists of the game number followed by the spin number. This is very important to send to us. We could use the time it occurred also to help us fine the spin. Also if you could take a print screen of the machine with spin showing that there was a problem with it would help our technicians find the glitch.

On the right side of your keyboard you will see a key with PrntScrn on it. Hit that once I know you wont think anything has happened but it has copied your screen to the clip board.
Now go to what ever your word processor program is (Microsoft word or works word pad paint are some ) Open it up put your cursor into the body of it and right click on your mouse and click on paste in the drop down menu you get.
There your screen will be put. Easy
